David is a retired Police Inspector after 30 years with Cleveland Police, ultimately leading a 24/7 Response Team. Since retiring in 2018, he founded Enhance Personal Training Ltd, offering coaching in assessment centers, interview techniques, and presentation skills. The company also provides project management and group training utilizing his police skills in investigation, conflict management, evidence gathering, and communication. David holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Sunderland University. His current project includes establishing a Drug Driving Course in collaboration with government departments in the Teesside Area. He partners with training providers like Acton Chase Associates and Peter Stanley Training to train enforcement officers and fire officers, respectively. Additionally, he collaborates with Northern Safety Ltd on a Lone Worker Course and works in Stadium Control at Middlesbrough Football Club on event days.
